So I uploaded a little animation with some after effects tests that I created in my quest to figure out the stoopid software... mostly crap, just a bunch of little things smooshed together as learning tools. You can view it here.
*You can also see an example of the cool new "flash gallery for the web" doohicky in photoshop CS2 here. That thing is so fun to play with, it makes me as giddy as a schoolgirl.
